“The Terry Sapir Clinic” in Nam Dinh

Established in December 2017 through the generous support of CCC board member Judy Carmel, the Terry Sapir exists within the Nam Dinh City Health Centre, and is dedicated to the memory of Carmel’s mother-in-law.
