Four facilitators who were previous trainees from training programs in northern Vietnam traveled to Hue to help teach and supervise during the weeklong program. Typically, CCC facilitators are trainees from previous programs, ultimately fostering a “train the trainer” model. The assistance and guidance from Dr. Hue, Dr. Ha, Dr. To, and Dr. Dung was tremendously helpful for the trainees who benefited from learning from their expertise.
